Privacy or deletion
For a privacy question, email our privacy address. To close your account, follow the deletion instructions so we can verify the request safely.
Before you email
Try closing and reopening the app, check that you have a working connection, and make sure you are using the latest beta version available to you. If the problem remains, tell us:
- what you expected to happen;
- what happened instead;
- the steps immediately before it happened; and
- your phone model and app version, if known.
SHFTRS is not an emergency service. For an urgent workplace, health or safety issue, use your organisation’s official process or contact the appropriate emergency service.
